1. Booking Services

Appointments may be requested online, by phone, text message, or email.

A booking is not considered confirmed until it has been accepted by PinkStone Cleaning Services LLC. Appointments may require a $60 non refundable deposit before confirmation, this deposit will be credited towards your total service cost.

2. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

Returned payments, chargebacks, or declined transactions may result in additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than48 hours’ noticemay be subject to a cancellation fee of $60.

Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment before future bookings are accepted.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide exceptional service.

If you believe an area was missed during your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.

5. Damage Claims

Although our team takes every precaution while cleaning your home, accidental damage can occasionally occur.

Any concerns regarding damage must be reported within24 hours after service.

6. Liability

PinkStone Cleaning Services LLC carries appropriate business insurance and follows professional cleaning procedures.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the cleaning service unless otherwise required by applicable law.
